Technical Leadership Program
Technical expertise is a fundamental component of our projects and programs. The Technical Leadership Program focuses upon: sharing lessons learned to help implement new technologies and expand current ones; identifying and recognizing our Technical Leaders; and encouraging and developing our present and future Technical Leaders.
Craft Training
We are an accredited training and craft skills assessment sponsor validated through the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). The NCCER develops and publishes standardized construction, maintenance, and pipeline curricula for over 35 crafts.
Leadership Training
Training is available to employees with supervisor or management responsibilities.
Continuing Education
Shaw University, a collaboration of the training departments within the company, is a central portal delivering education, training, and professional development to our employees. Some of the training courses offered include health and safety, information technology, and electrical engineering. We also offer tuition reimbursement to eligible employees.
