Shaw is a national leader in socioeconomic subcontracting with significant commitments to mentoring, developing, and awarding work to small businesses (SBs). We have an award-winning small business program that is supported throughout the company, from the CEO to the project level.
Our management is committed to providing subcontracting opportunities to SBs, minority-owned SBs, small disadvantaged businesses, women-owned SBs, veteran-owned SBs, service-disabled veteran-owned SBs, HUBZone, and HBCU/MIs. Shaw has the written policy, procedures, and incentives in place to achieve consistently high levels of meaningful small business participation.
