(NYSE: SGR) today announced that its subsidiary, Shaw Environmental & Infrastructure, Inc., was awarded the prestigious Construction Industry Safety Excellence (CISE) Constructor Award by the Construction Users Roundtable (CURT) at their recent Annual National Construction Conference. The CISE Award is presented in several Standard Industry Classification (SIC) Code Groups. Shaw received the award for the CISE SIC 17 group which includes Construction Specialty Trade contractors with greater than 2 million effort hours annually.
