Supervisory Training
The Supervisory training program provides leadership training in support of the Shaw Construction Career Path. This program addresses the principles of leadership as well as technical skill training for each position in the Shaw Construction Career Path. The supervision training uses a combination of Shaw designed programs, NCCER training materials, and industry approved programs. The duration of each level of training varies according to the knowledge, skills, and abilities covered.
